How It Works

1. Direct Collaboration: We work directly with talented handloom weavers across India, ensuring their art reaches a global audience while supporting their livelihoods.

2. Curated Collection: Our team carefully curates a selection of handloom products, showcasing the best of Indian craftsmanship. Each piece reflects the rich cultural heritage and intricate skills of our artisans.

3. Inclusive Services:

Fall, Pico & Custom Stitched Blouse: Each saree purchase includes fall and pico services as well as a custom-stitched blouse tailored to your measurements.

Measurement Process:

    • Timely Submission: After your order is confirmed, our team will reach out via WhatsApp or call within 48 hours to collect your blouse measurements. Prompt submission is crucial to avoid any delays in shipment.
    • Responsibility for Delay: If measurements are not provided within 48 hours, shipment will be delayed. We do not take responsibility for such delays.

Blouse Stitching:

    • Customized Fit: Blouses are stitched according to the exact measurements you provide. Please note that no further stitching or resizing services are offered after measurements are submitted.
    • Design Limitations: Only simple blouse designs are included in the price. Maggam/AARI or any type of embroidery is not included.

Delivery:

    • 4-Week Turnaround: Your custom handloom order will be delivered within 4 weeks from the order date.

Policies:

    • No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
